The beds were very comfortable. Location is great, central but still quiet. Free parking is a big bonus in Bowness. Breakfast is good and the breakfast staff are great- very friendly and helpful. Nice and clean too. The hotel is separate from the pub where you check in and is a short walk up the road. There is 24 hour support but it's through a phone call which some people may find off putting.
I stayed here for three nights recently.. It's a great place... Very clean, staff are friendly, professional and very helpful.. The room was great, lovely view and very comfortable. Great choice at breakfast. My friends and I ate here in the evening... No complaints at all, food was great.. Very good cocktails! Brilliant location...Definitely recommend and will stay again.
Perfectly located pretty much in the centre of bowness. A stones throw from all the best bars and restaurants. The bar and restaurant it has itself is really good and the food was great. Rooms were big and comfy enough. Would come here again.
I just had a fantastic stay! The room was great, and the food was absolutely brilliant – every dish was delicious, especially the Traditional Fish & Chips and the Battered King Prawns. The staff made me feel really welcome and checked in on me throughout my meal. The atmosphere was spot on for a relaxing evening. Overall, I couldn't fault it; I’ll definitely be back!
Fabulous pub/restaurant. Great bar, excellent service and comfortable rooms. No lift to the first floor. Great location in the heart of the town. Really great power shower in the superior room. A delicious selection is available for breakfast, both cold and hot. Bright and cheerful staff Would certainly stay here again
I had a great stay recently and was really impressed with the overall experience. The staff greeted me warmly and made check-in and check-out a breeze, which set a positive tone for my visit. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the quality of the food during my one meal there. I'll definitely consider returning next time I'm in the area!
We had a wonderful 3 night stay yet again! Fantastic location, excellent service & warm welcoming staff! A special mention to Sam who is a credit to your team! She was particularly lovely with our boxer dog Georgie who adored all the attention. The food was lovely and breakfast each morning was delicious! Overall highly recommended and we will definitely be back! Thank you
We came in yesterday with no reservation 6 adults and 4 children under 5 the staff found is a table and accommodated our large party. Fantastic kids colouring bags/stickers etc provided to keep them entertained and great food. The staff were fantastic meeting the group as it entered to direct us to the table a fantastic friendly place to have good food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.
